Below are some of the most common questions we receive about YENOM, our services, and how to get started. If your query is not listed here, feel free to contact us at amanda@yenom.co
YENOM is a financial literacy platform that provides education, tools, and community-driven learning for individuals, organisations, and underserved groups. The name ‘YENOM’ is ‘money’ spelled backwards — a reminder to pause and reflect on your financial choices. We operate globally through both a commercial arm and the YENOM Foundation, united by a single mission: financial literacy for life.
YENOM is both. We operate as a profit-for-purpose company alongside the YENOM Foundation. Our commercial arm delivers digital learning programs, workplace financial wellbeing solutions, and consultancy for organisations. Our Foundation provides access and support to underrepresented communities — including women, migrants, and older adults — funded through partnerships and reinvested revenue. Together, they form a unified mission: financial literacy for everyone.
Anyone who wants to take charge of their financial wellbeing — and any organisation that wants to support their team. We particularly focus on groups with higher rates of financial illiteracy, including women, migrants, and older adults. Our programs are available across Australia, the UK, the US, Canada, and New Zealand.
Access to Yenom’s courses is provided through your employer’s agreement with Yenom. If your employer isn’t yet a Yenom partner, get in touch and we can explore the best option for you. Contact us at amanda@yenom.co or call +61 492 295 087.

Our programs cover the full range of personal finance essentials, including budgeting and savings, managing and paying down debt, understanding employee benefits and superannuation, tax basics, retirement planning, saving for education, buying a home, and equity compensation. We also explore your personal Money Personality — helping you understand your habits and mindset around money so you can build lasting change.
Yes! Our Workplace Financial Wellbeing Program is designed specifically for employers who want to support their teams. It includes self-paced digital learning, interactive tools, spending diaries and habit trackers, and face-to-face workshops on request. We also support ESG reporting — our work aligns with several UN Sustainable Development Goals, making us your social responsibility partner. Absolutely. The YENOM Foundation focuses on providing financial literacy support to underrepresented communities — including women, migrants, and older adults. YENOM is a financial literacy education provider, not a financial advisory service — so we are not regulated by financial services authorities. We teach people the knowledge and confidence to make their own informed financial decisions. We do not provide personal financial advice. Our Cert III in Financial Literacy Education is an accredited training qualification.
